• Identity & Financial Information: Aadhar number, PAN number, and bank account details (account holder name, account number, IFSC code, bank name) — collected to support invoicing, payment tracking, and business verification.
• Address Information: Village, block, district, and state.
• Driver Information: Name, father's name, address, Aadhar number, and photograph, entered by you for your fleet's drivers.
• Vehicle & Document Information: Truck registration numbers and uploaded documents such as RC, Insurance, Fitness Certificate, Permit, and PUC.
• Business Data: Trip records, transporter details, invoices, and payment/expense records that you enter into the Service.
• Lead/Inquiry Information: If you submit our "Get Started" form before signing up, we collect your name, mobile number, email, address, and truck count.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your TruckParivar account.
• To generate invoices, reports, and other business documents within the Service.
• To send you document expiry alerts (insurance, fitness, permit, PUC) and other account-related notifications.
• To respond to inquiries submitted via our lead/contact forms.
• To improve and maintain the security of our Service.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers located in India. Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form and are never visible to us in plain text. Our platform is built with a multi-tenant architecture, meaning each fleet owner can only access their own data — no other user can view your trucks, drivers, trips, or financial records.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. email delivery, hosting), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Government or regulatory authorities, if required by applicable law.
